Now in its ninth year, our 2023 winners were chosen by discerning travellers, culture connoisseurs, and history enthusiasts – all of whom cast their votes for their favourite historic getaway. The Historic Hotels of Europe Awards acknowledge the unwavering commitment of our collection of hotels to preserve and share their unique stories with visitors from around the world and showcase 10 distinct categories, including a new addition – the Historic Art of Hospitality Award. This accolade celebrates the mastery of exceptional service and warm welcomes, adding an extra layer of recognition to the outstanding achievements of our esteemed collection of hotels.
