Since its opening in 1952, Efteling has become one of the largest theme parks in Europe with over 5 million visitors every year.

Besides a variety of exciting rollercoasters, shows and live performances, Efteling also offers an array of themed lands inspired by classic fairy tales and stories. Families from all around the world come here for a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Whether you’re taking a leisurely boat ride down the canals of Venice or soaring on an iconic roller coaster through a dragons castle, de Efteling promises unforgettable fun for every age group.

Visitors can also enjoy unique shows such as Aquanura, the world’s largest water show featuring music and light effects choreographed across various fountains. Additionally, a thrilling 4D movie experience called ‘Symbolica’ has been added to enhance visitors’ experience even further!

In 1992, Efteling received the IAAPA Applause Award as Best Amusement Park in the World.

Originally, the park was designed for children with a fairytale theme. In over seventy years of operation, the park has evolved from a nature park with a playground and enchanted forest to a full-scale theme park along the lines of Disneyland. It is three times larger than the original Disney park and was opened three years earlier. Today, Efteling attracts both youngsters and adults with its wide range of cultural, romantic and nostalgic offers.

I cannot recommend this place more if I tried. It was just magical. It was beautiful in every way possible. The attention to detail is actually second to none. I've never seen such beautiful rides in my life and I've been to a lot of theme parks. Go, go, go and go again. We will definitely be returning it was just stunning and so much fun.

We absolutely loved this place, brought my son for his 13th birthday we normally go disney every year but changed it up. My son loved this place more then disney paris, definitely be coming back. Magical place, lots to do. Amazing!

Efteling is wonderful and so much fun for kids of all ages. In summer the evening tickets are awesome too. Most of the time the lines for rides are very doable. Just, don't visit when there is snow. They close a lot and their pathways were dangerous and slippery.
