Lahinch Golf Club

18-Hole Old Course, 18-Hole Castle Course, Green fees: 165-230 €/18 Holes

Lahinch Golf Club, situated on the rocky coast of Clare County in Ireland, has been a favorite among golfers for over a century. It sits on the Atlantic coast and has often been described as ‘the St Andrews of Ireland’.

The first course was designed by Old Tom Morris in 1892 and it has long been known as one of the most challenging links courses in the world. With its classic sandy dunes, winding fairways and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, Lahinch Golf Club offers something for every level of golfer.

The championship course at Lahinch is a majestic par-72 masterpiece that will test even the best golfers with its combination of blind shots, deep bunkers and undulating greens. The layout provides plenty of opportunities to showcase your skills while also providing an enjoyable experience for any level player. In addition to the championship course, there are two other nine-hole loops available for those looking to play a more relaxed round.

While the Old Course measures just under 6700 yards, the Castle Course is much shorter at less than 5600 yards. But the par-70 layout is no pushover and you’ll have to be on your game to get round in a good score. Visitors are welcome all week on both the Lahinch courses and caddies are available on request.
