We spent the afternoon at Newgale Beach and loved the laid-back vibe. The sand was soft and endless—perfect for just wandering or sitting and watching the waves roll in. Just a stunning beach in West Wales, great for kitesurfing (obviously follow the local rules is doing so, can be found through a Google search) plenty of parking in the area and a couple of local shops and cafes/bars just a short walk from the car park

Sandy stretch of beach below a huge pebbled breakwater. Great views and particularly enjoyable if the weather is windy. Two council car parks, toilets on the lower one but better views from the upper. Great place to blow off the cobwebs, enjoy the seaside or just stop off for the views and facilities

Very nice beach with plenty of space. Three parking bays (which are a bit expensive in my opinion). Lovely cafe and shop. And a campsite just over the road if you fancy an overnight stay.

This is a highly rated beach but we were slightly disappointed as it isn’t as interesting as others. It has a long sandy stretch at low tide but in summer you can only walk dogs and each end and not in the middle.
