
Nääs Fabriker Hotel brings new life to a 19th-century cotton mill on the edge of Lake Sävelången in Tollered. What was once an industrial landmark is now a vibrant hub of design, food and lakeside calm—where every detail has been carefully considered and beautifully restored. Our rooms are full of character, with high ceilings, bespoke interiors, and views that open onto the lake or rooftop terraces. Some are over 135 square metres, others feature freestanding tubs with skyline views—but all offer space to relax in style.

Food is a central part of the experience at Nääs Fabriker. From breakfast to dinner, our kitchen serves thoughtful, seasonal dishes with the same care we bring to every detail of the hotel. Enjoy brunch or dinner in our main restaurant, or drop into Pannhuset Café and Krog for pastries, homemade treats and relaxed lunches. On select evenings, lighter bites are served—perfect with a glass of something local and a lakeside view.
Our Badhus is a lakeside spa designed for deep relaxation and slow afternoons. Just steps from the hotel, this 450 sqm space features dry and aromatic saunas, two outdoor hot tubs kept at 38°C year-round, and docks for a refreshing dip in Lake Sävelången. Inside, the lounge offers fruit, snacks, board games and soft seating—and at selected times, a bar serving drinks and our own Bröd & Malt craft beer. It’s calm, cosy, and right by the water.
