Step into the extraordinary at Uphagen Manor House, where history and modern design intertwine in captivating harmony. Once a summer residence for the Uphagen family in the early 19th century, this remarkable complex has evolved through the centuries, serving as a hospital under the care of the Borromeo sisters before its transformation into a one-of-a-kind hotel.

Our interiors preserve the past while embracing the present. Original brickwork, arched vaults, and high, raw concrete ceilings supported by historic beams showcase the building’s industrial heritage, complemented by minimalist décor and unique neon touches that create a truly unique ambience. From the intricate mosaic of the restored 19th-century ceramic flooring in the lobby to the vintage mangle and antique gas stove, every detail tells a story.

The manor’s grounds once included a replica of the Lourdes Grotto, symbolising the immaculate conception, and a church designed by Julius August Licht. Uphagen Manor House reflects the layers of its remarkable history, offering guests an unforgettable experience.
