Relais I Due Roccoli sits in a leafy park above Iseo, surrounded by mature trees, flowering gardens and lawns. From here, views open across the lake, while the buildings tell a story shaped over several centuries.
The oldest part is a 15th-century tower, now incorporated into the farmhouse that houses our restaurant. Nearby, the villa grew from a 17th-century structure and was remodelled in the 19th century. Stone passages, planted courtyards and connecting rooms link the two naturally.
Inside, period furniture, modern design and a collection of historic and contemporary art bring warmth and individuality to the interiors. Our rooms each have a balcony or terrace, with outlooks across the park or towards Lake Iseo. For guests seeking greater privacy, a separate stone cottage stands close to the main house, with its own pool, garden and parking.
The name I Due Roccoli recalls an old local hunting tradition once practised on these hills. Today, we prefer to share the landscape more gently, through thoughtful hospitality and unhurried stays with us.

Our à la carte restaurant brings the flavours of Lombardy together with a fresh, contemporary approach. Menus draw on local produce and the imagination of our chefs, while the setting lends each meal a sense of occasion. In summer, guests dine in the old farmhouse beside medieval walls and a window overlooking the park. Indoors, exposed stone, a generous fireplace, antique furnishings and artworks create a warm atmosphere, complemented by flowers, soft music and attentive, discreet service throughout the evening.
Relaxation at I Due Roccoli begins in our private pool area, sheltered by greenery and dotted with bronze sculptures. Guests can swim, settle into the heated jacuzzi or stretch out on the furnished solarium, while the wood-fired sauna offers warmth on cooler days. Elsewhere in the park, tennis and bocce courts invite a little friendly competition, and the ridge-top Roccoli walk starts within the grounds. It is an easy way to slow down and enjoy the wider landscape around us.
Weddings at Hotel I Due Roccoli make full use of the setting, with Lake Iseo, the mountains and Franciacorta as a natural backdrop. Ceremonies can unfold on the lawns, beneath woodland gazebos or inside our elegant reception rooms, with religious and secular celebrations equally welcome. Drawing on three decades of experience, our team supports couples throughout the planning, from aperitifs and personalised menus to flowers, music and the evening party, creating a day that feels polished, generous and entirely their own.
